Lavender: Lavender offers relaxation and stress relief. The aromatic properties can help to calm the mind and promote a sense of ease.
Yarrow: Yarrow is known for its wound-healing benefits, helping to stop bleeding, reduce inflammation, and promote tissue repair.
Comfrey: Renowned for its ability to accelerate wound healing and reduce inflammation.
Plantain: A wonder herb which may help to reduce inflammation, soothe pain and repair damaged tissue.
Instructions
Simply add a cup of the dried herbs to a large glass jar, or pan, and pour boiling water over the top. Place a lid on the jar to retain the healing properties of the plants and allow to brew for 20 mins before straining into a warm bath. Get your partner, family member or doula to do this for you, and ensure that they clean the bath first to prevent infection.
